The test URL is ~8M and on some requests I may only get 500K. However, sometimes (using wget, but never firefox, it seems) I will get the whole file, though wget had to retry and managed to get all of the content. I went to the page: http://wiki.dlib.indiana.edu/confluence/pages/viewpageattachments.action?pageId=25 and clicked on the boot.iso link. The original file is 8,161,280 bytes.
