The same happens on Linux. See also my attached patch. IMHO the problem is that
we keep a copy of the pipe in s_main->error_log after we dup2ed it into
stderr_log. This one gets inherited by the second piped rotater for the main
server. Thus the first piped rotater, which is started while the server is still
attached to the terminal does not shut down.
