mod_proxy_connect.c at comment #34 works for apache2 2.2.3 on Debian 4.0:
$ apt-get source apache2
copy the file above in modules/proxy
$ ./configure --enable-proxy --enable-proxy-connect --enable-mods-shared="proxy
proxy-connect"
$ make
Use the DLL in modules/proxy/.libs/mod_proxy_connect.so
OpenSSH ProxyCommand and Putty 0.60 local proxy command:
proxytunnel -q -E -p proxy:443 -d host:22
