Our web server is using apache 1.3.37 with ssl enabled.
The web server start up as 30 daemon and it will go down to only 12. However,
the size of each daemon is growing to 100M each.
Therefore, it causes us a lot of memory swapping.
The machine has 2.8G hz (x2) CPU with 4G memory on board.
