Actually, notfixed, as the flaw wasn't resolved.

What you were missing was a backtrace from Dr Watson, which should have
automatically been collected in your \windows directory (you might want
to delete those .dmp files now to free up space).

Although your software is no longer installed, if you zip them up and
email them to me directly (wrowe .at. apache.org) I can still unwind the
crash.  If there are no dmp files, then dr watson was never configured to
save crash dump information.

Of course this is not a PHP support forum, which is why your question was
essentially ignored, but I'm happy to validate that this was a flaw in PHP
and if it was in httpd (very rare) to get it fixed for the next user who
trips over the flaw.
