I have not added CookieLog because it's deprecated, and I don't see any value in drawing attention to it. I have not added TransferLog because I think using TransferLog is *extremely* bad practice, leading to unexpected results when LogFormat directives are added and TransferLog suddenly starts logging in a different format than before. I'll make the same change to trunk in a moment.
