Summary: Apache sets HTTPS variable to '1' instead of 'on'
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.16
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows Vista
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_ssl
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

It seems that the standard way for the web server to report that site is
running under https is to set value of environment variable HTTPS to 'on'.
Apache2 sets it to '1'.
