proxy_html meta-refresh patch
Redirects within meta-tags like
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url='http://www.example.com'">
are not rewritten by mod_proxy_html.
By adding "ProxyHTMLLinks meta content" it is working for at least fully
qualified URLs.
