It is an openSUSE 13.2

For libapr1 (1.5.1) you can see the applied patches here:

If I'm not mistaken, the compiler was GCC 4.8, but the .comment section is
unfortunately stripped from /usr/lib64/libapr-1.so.

The make process:
  make %{?_smp_mflags} CFLAGS="%{optflags} -fvisibility=hidden -fPIC"

rpm -E %{optflags}:
  -O2 -g -m64 -fmessage-length=0 -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fstack-protector
