If you can't get your php code to work in Apache, it's not something you can get support for in ASF bugzilla. I'd suggest a more explicit testcase and asking for help on [email protected] or stackoverflow if you're stuck. If by some chance a meaningful investigation ends up in a httpd bug report, re-open here with concrete details. (What's the relationship to popen and CGI and why would you move exim into your documentroot?
