After I told Apache to do a graceful restart when I changed MaxConnectionsPerChild, I had a thread in Keep-Alive status for an HTTP/2 connection; it's now stuck in K (rather than W for the others). Does the MaxConnectionsPerChild limit use the same signalling as apachectl graceful?
