You should see over time: - an access to your status page with a low value for SS (seconds-since). It'd be interesting to confirm if that the IP is ever correct (initially) - Over time, the same "slot" (n-th entry for a given PID) will continue to show your status page URL, with an increasing SS, until it is reused by a new request. - If it's reused, it be interesting to see what access_log activity from that IP address actually occurs and see if there's anything unique about it For example, knowing whether the IP gets corrupted without SS being reset might be a clue to someone.
