Hi there,
I am sorry if this a duplicate. I have been using this request for a very long
time:

HEAD http://site/folder/file.txt HTTP/1.0
Host: site:80

and it used to work just fine. However when I did update my CentOS 7 server to
the latest version - this started giving 400 vs 200...
I have downgraded httpd:
