When there are concurrent HTTP/2 requests, Apache hangs processing a request
and log "h2_task.c Software caused connection abort"
This is immediately noticeable when attempting to access the Wordpress Admin
dashboard - but that is only an example, this issue occurs in many other cases
as well.
This issue has been reported to and fixed in mod_h2:
https://github.com/icing/mod_h2/issues/143
This issue does not occur in 2.4.26, and does occur in 2.4.27.
