            Bug ID: 61800
Summary: Using a specially crafted request can lead to memory
                    exhaustion
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.5-HEAD
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_proxy_fcgi
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

Created attachment 35548
  --> https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=35548&action=edit
text file with raw HTTP request

It seems that by using a very long POST parameter request, it is possibly to
make the server fill all available memory, then it will just error out with
"[proxy_fcgi:error] (12)Cannot allocate memory : Error dispatching request to :
(passing brigade to output filters)

attached is an example packet.
