When I load the JSON into https://netlog-viewer.appspot.com/#import I do not
see any errored requests. Any advice where to look?
Otherwise, it might be easier to run the session with 'Loglevel http2:trace2'
one and attach the error log from that here. That's easiest for me to have a
look what your Apache is doing.
