The issue still exists in Apache 2.4.65.
Why is SNI required when connecting via HTTP/1.1?
Why can't the default certificate be used like it was before 2.4.64?
There is no workaround with Cloudflare currently, we are forced to rollback to
apache2 2.4.62.
