Please disregard my previous comment about an issue in Cloudflare, there is no
issue in Cloudflare with Apache 2.4.65 when configured correctly - the
load-balancer/monitor needs to be configured with a Host header, then the
monitor starts sending it in the SNI as well as in the request. Otherwise the
monitor sends no SNI and uses the Host of the backend, which causes the
mismatch on Apache side (which is understandable and is fine, IMO).
