1) Yeah, i just didn't see Rfc 2616 has been obsoleted.

Here's the quote from Rfc 9112:
```
A client sending a message body SHOULD monitor the network connection for an
error response while it is transmitting the request. If the client sees a
response that indicates the server does not wish to receive the message body
and is closing the connection, the client SHOULD immediately cease transmitting
the body and close its side of the connection.
```

2) header: "Expect: 100-continue" is not required in this case. But i tried it
- nothing changed.

3) a little off-top: for example, nginx out of the box does support this
behavior.
