Applied 32 spelling fixes across 27 files in trunk and 23 fixes across 19 files in 2.4.x, covering: - Typos: conditonally, peformances, evesdropping, ocurring, triggerd, conncetions, proxys, explicitely, sesson, identifed, vertification, substiution, beginining, makfiles, installtions, Portugese, exmaples, and others - Broken fragment links: #mergin → #merging (3 files linking to sections.xml) - EN-GB → EN-US normalization: pre-emptive, acknowledgement, Customised, dialogue, judgement, labelled, organisation - stickyness → stickiness throughout mod_proxy_balancer docs (including section IDs) - unsecure → insecure in mod_authnz_ldap Skipped: "unsecure" in ssl_faq.xml (it's a filename: server.key.unsecure), "signalled" in developer/new_api_2_4.xml (C function name: ap_graceful_stop_signalled). Thanks to Jens Schleusener for the original fossies.org codespell reports and to Christophe Jaillet for the earlier r1873985 cleanup.
