Dear sir, madam,

This weekend I purchased a Targa Now NT9231 box. (See a link to the specs
according to the vendor below)

During the install everything seems to work, and everything gets installed ok.
When I reboot to boot to the system for the first time, I get a fully
distorted screen. My prime suspect is the videocard, but since there is no
serial port available I can't switch to serial to see if that helps. I've
tried with both "expect to run X" and without, doesn't seem to matter. Both
network devices seem to be recognized, although I only try to activate the
wired interface. I'm installing with a netboot and http install from a linux
box since this machine has no cd/dvd drive.

What can I do to assist in troubleshooting or determine the problem? Also:
would a usb->serial device work for serial port redirection? Can I switch to
the kernel that is used for the install for normal usage too?
