You haven't received a refusal. you've been asked to submit the full
details in a way
we can actually use them. and taking mike's mail out of the context of
the rest of
that message to you (where he is asking you to get a traceback and the
information
we are going to need to know what your problem is) makes someone who is
trying
to help get the information from you look like a jerk.  He didn't
*refuse* anything, he
asked you for more information so he could find someone to look at the
bug. NOBODY
is going to pay any attention to you without the right information.
people will pay
attention when you submit the right stuff.

So perhaps you should reconsider your tone. And look at your email.
