Also please explain

 * Which devices you have plugged in and how they behave.

 * How OpenBSD responds to having the respective USB device plugged in on the 
USB2/3 port at boot, versus when plugging it in during runtime.

In other words more and more detailed info for both when it works and for when 
it not works, and which specific things you tested.

Sometimes, USB devices won't show up, because they fail in their negotiation 
for electricity from the USB hub.
