My patched kernel failed to identify the model... I wasn't quite sure about the 
mask, so I tried a few values.
Do you know if the ALPS code in pms can support edge scrolling? I saw it for 
Synaptics, but not for ALPS.

anyway (the somewhat outdated ALPS code in pms wouldn't support it).
