Here is the email that contained the basic information to go with the
screenshots, not sure how it got lost on the way to the mailing list.
I'm pasting in a dmesg log, in case attachments are causing a problem.
Without a reproduction case I don't expect anyone to do anything about
it; it was just a data point.

Generic 6.6 i386 running in VirtualBox on Windows 10 AMD 3990. Shortly
after starting my first attempt to build a kernel it hit a panic. It
did not repeat after rebooting and make clean.

I was building a kernel so I could start investigating two little things
myself:

If you switch to the second virtual terminal, then back to the first,
the background color is changed to dark red, as seen in the screenshots.

clock_getres() reports a resolution of 10 milliseconds, but the returned
times actually have nanosecond resolution.--

There is not enough information in this report to be useful.
No dmesg, no clues about what the machine was doing at the time,
no details about which version of OpenBSD or which arch.

Please review https://www.openbsd.org/report.html and include
at least most of the information requested..
