I could grant you remote access with SSH to the machine, but I guess you would need console access to debug in case it crashes, right? I might also send the device to you if you’re willing to investigate; or, if you have a spare Raspberry Pi Zero 2, I could order another PoE hat and send it right to you, that might be even the cheapest option.
