All cpukit services use now self-contained objects, except:
* gxx_wrappers.c (legacy, would need GCC patch)
* ada_intrsupp.c (would need GCC patch)
* libi2c.c (legacy, I2C drivers should use new framework)
* sse_test.c (seems to be dead code)
