GR1553 BC driver gr1553bc_slot_transfer() bit shift logic does not match
hardware, if a too large timeout value has given the wrong bus could have
been selected. The timeout value was taken from a specific RT's setting,
however from the wrong RT. This may not be seen if all RT's use the same
timoute settings.
