The elf_machdep header file is missing the body under
cpukit/score/cpu/x86_64/include/machine.
Joel found the code that needed to be put in at
http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/src/sys/arch/amd64/include/elf_machdep.h.
