The README.md and LICENSE.md files I mentioned are already in the top-level 
directory, so there is no need to add your own in the new stm32h7 directory. 
Those need to be modified to add the appropriate entries.

In regard to the changes in the second patch, it should be the minimal set of 
changes to the imported codebase necessary to have a functional system. 
Instead, it appears you have commented out the entire file using `#ifndef 
__rtems__` and replaced the contents. The goal here is ease of incorporating 
updated versions of the repository.
