So at this point, the description of the tag becomes: A minimal descriptor of 
the RTEMS component that the patch addresses or alters.

So for modifications to the 32-bit ZynqMP APU BSP, `arm/zynqmp:` would make 
sense because it should be differentiated from `arm/zynqmp-rpu:` and 
`aarch64/zynqmp`, but `versal:` is sufficient for changes to 
`bsps/aarch64/xilinx-versal` because there is no ambiguity (until versal-rpu 
gets merged).
