More or less. Some binary plugs have been replaced by implementations of
GNU Classpath (crypto, java.awt.image, for example), some are stubbed
out and non-functional (i.e. the AA renderer). It's not necessarily
Linux-only, but noone ever tried it on Windows I guess.
