It's already in the JDK7 PRD [1]. Also, there is no API changes, just
some Apache update and bug fixes required by the exit criteria.

The file jaxp-1_4_4.zip only seems to be in the jdk7 download area,
so both openjdk6 and
openjdk7 refer to that same bundle.
