It's already in the JDK7 PRD [1]. Also, there is no API changes, just
some Apache update and bug fixes required by the exit criteria.

There is something wrong with these URLs. Neither of them work. It is as
if the wiki.se.oracle.com site doesn't exist. Could this be moved to a
public location so we can all discuss it?
