This jdk repo changes look good to me, looks like the the CreateJars.gmk
issue was just a merge issue, the lcms one seems to be that someone
neglected to update the new make files when doing the update. We need to
get these changes into jdk8/tl asap as builds with the new build system
are broken there since we got sync'ed up from master a few days ago.
