Most of the options are compatible, for example these (a subset): `-fsanitize=undefined -fno-sanitize-recover=all -fsanitize=float-divide-by-zero -fsanitize=float-cast-overflow -fno-sanitize=null -fno-sanitize=alignment` But compile-time `use-after-return` setting is not.
