#1909: Buildslave hangs at connecting to port on OS X 10.6.6 when the
Buildmaster
is restarted

When working through the Buildbot tutorial, and when reconfiguring
master/master.cfg file for the Buildmaster, the Buildslave hangs with the
following in slave/twistd.log:
2011-03-28 20:37:37-0700 [-] Starting factory <buildslave.bot.BotFactory
instance at 0x101641e60>
2011-03-28 20:37:37-0700 [-] Connecting to localhost:9989
It never times out either, and I end up having to kill the process.
