#1910: Buildslave doesn't stop on OS X 10.6.6

I issued a `buildslave stop slave` and it returns "never saw process go
away" each time. The slave/twistd.log shows the following:
2011-03-28 20:51:50-0700 [Broker,client] Stopping factory
<buildslave.bot.BotFactory instance at 0x101641e60>
This never seems to time out, so I have to kill the process.
