#2007: Try --wait reports 'no build'

When submitting a 'try' build with the --wait option, the client shows
<build>: no build for all builds and does not stop waiting when the builds
complete. The builds appear to be submitted and run correctly.
Command, output, and .buildbot\options attached.
(also, I'm using version 0.8.4 converted to a Windows .exe with py2exe)
