will solve that bug while also still allowing `python setup.py test` to
work. What do you think?
@dank: Are you willing to try patching your local tree and seeing if that
resolves the problem for you?
If there are still significant difficulties, then it probably makes sense
to just remove the `setup_requires` stuff. Like Tom said in the Trac
ticket, it's just a testing nicety.
