With gerritchangesource, buildbot master process starts a background ssh
process to run gerrit stream-events command. When buildbot master process
is shutdown, the background ssh/gerrit process should also stop.
Actually, the background ssh/gerrit process continues to run. Every time
you buildbot restart, you get another ssh/gerrit process. They all will
run until manually killed.
