Been working a lot with gerritchangesource recently, adding features.
Tried to debug/fix this issue, and inserted many log.msg's for tracking
flow within gerritchangesource.
Conclusion: stopService() is never called when buildbot master process is
shutdown from the command line (e.g., buildbot stop or buildbot restart).
I don't see how to fix this if stopService() is never called.
