#2394: IRC Notify configuration not stored between sessions

When using the IRC status, erm, addin, and the command "notify", anything
that is set as follows;
Buildbot: notify on finished[[BR]]
Buildbot: The following events are being notified: ['finished']
Is forgotten by the next session. Would be nice to have fixed :)
