Ok, it appears that when the master goes to terminate the latent slave, it
does not want to hear anything further from that slave whatsoever,
otherwise it thinks that the slave is withdrawing from participation in
builds - does that sound correct? If the master says "slave wants to shut
down," then it's not going to try to use that slave again? So maybe I do
need to just kill -9 when the DRMAA terminate occurs?
