What do you think of having the tutorial utilize boot2docker, in the
interest of a simple setup?

I actually did mean Vagrantfile. What I was attempting to articulate was
using a vagrant vm to launch both Dockerfiles all linked and ready to go.
This might not make sense for this demo setup, but it's one way of making
this a 2 line to setup process.
