The whole point of docker is to containerize applications.
Putting docker itself in a container with boot2docker or Vagrant is, I
think, redundant.
The Docker linking functionality should be sufficient to allow the
buildslave container to talk to the master container, even if this
requires a few extra lines of docker invocations.
