The last build of PDFBox seems to have a similar issue

It fails mid way through since the run cleans out any build files in the
workspace from the previous run and then starts building the current code.

Du you have an example of a job that failed? I can't find that the disks
are full at the moment, but perhaps someone beat me to it.
