It fails mid way through since the run cleans out any build files in the
workspace from the previous run and then starts building the current code.
The "error=12, Not enough space" seems to relate to memory, not disk usage.
I've cleaned up a bunch of zombie processes which hopefully should help.
PDFBox is back to normal.
