Personnel & Industrial Relation Ast. Manager (Jakarta Based) The successful candidates will be responsible to maximize Human Resources Department, especially in Industrial Relation Aspect. He will develop Industrial Relations Strategy new sales strategy to create a harmonious working atmosphere. He will also be responsible for Bipartite or Tripartite processed. Also maintain a good relation with Government Institutions.
