We have a tool "Gap Express" which is based on XML schemas from Washington
Publishing for the HIPAA transactions. We have enhanced the tool to load
your actual data structures. We then map the standard to your data
structures and add comments regarding any issues of length, recommendations
for translation etc. We have been pretty successful with this tool.
